She'll be on hand to provide personalised assistance, helpful tips and encouragement as you work on your crochet projects. The WIP Workshop with Shelley is an experience  where you unwind, create and connect. Grab your yarn, bring your SH projects, brings some show and tell to share and let's crochet together!

What to bring: A Shelley Husband project you are working on, along with your crochet hook and notions.

Refund Policy for Classes

1. Cancellation by Participants

• Full Refund: If participants cancel their booking more than 14 days before the scheduled class date, they are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: If participants cancel between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled class date, they will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date will not be eligible for a refund. However, participants can transfer their booking to another person for the same class.

2. Cancellation by Organizer

• Full Refund: If the class is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, insufficient enrolment), all participants will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

3. Rescheduling

• Participants may reschedule their booking once if they notify the organizer at least 7 days before the class date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the class will be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. No-shows

• No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the class without prior notice.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

• In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the organizer.

6. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request. All refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
