Welcome to your beginner crochet class or Beginner Knitting! Whether you’ve been inspired by beautiful handmade items or are simply looking for a new hobby to keep your hands and mind busy, crochet and knitting are versatile and rewarding crafts to dive into.

What is Crochet?

Crochet is a needlework technique in which yarn is looped into a fabric using a hooked needle, known as a crochet hook. Unlike knitting, crochet uses one hook instead of two needles, and the stitches are typically more robust and structured.

What is knitting?

Knitting is the process of making a textile by connecting loops or stitches of one continuous thread using large needles. A textile is a fabric made by interlacing threads made of natural or synthetic fibres.

Refund Policy 

1. Cancellation by Participants

• Full Refund: If participants cancel their booking more than 14 days before the scheduled class date, they are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: If participants cancel between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled class date, they will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date will not be eligible for a refund. However, participants can transfer their booking to another person for the same class.

2. Cancellation by Organizer

• Full Refund: If the class is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, insufficient enrolment), all participants will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

3. Rescheduling

• Participants may reschedule their booking once if they notify the organizer at least 7 days before the class date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the class will be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. No-shows

• No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the class without prior notice.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

• In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the organizer.

6. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request. All refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
